Barn Conversion to Holiday Let

Clients purchased the barn pictured via a phase of short term bridging and development finance to achieve the end result as a holiday rental to develop a diversified income stream and use for the business owner as required within a 60 day annual allowance for personal use.

Challenge: Barn unhabitable and in need of full development and refurbishment.

Solution: Bridging and develop finance to acquire the property in its current condition and fund the required works to achieve a change of use and high end finish.

The short term finance was repaid via a Holiday let term mortgage to enable long term operation as holiday rental.
