A client of ours recently purchased a property for their business to operate and trade from. This was part of a longer-term strategy for the business owners. Providing stability for the business, a efficient way to operate utilising retained profits to purchase the property combined with a Commercial property. This also forms part of a robust exit plan as when they look to sell the business and/or retire they will still have the property asset to either sell or rent out as part of their retirement planning.
