Rugby player completes a Buy Refurbish and Refinance project: 2 bedrooms into 3 bedrooms

We recently helped Joe Philbin of Warrington Wolves purchase a property to refurbish and develop from a 2 bed to 3-bedroom property. This is part of his plan to develop assets and skillsets as he plans for life after sport.

We helped Joe with a bridging loan to purchase the property under market value with the plan to convert it into a 3-bedroom property. Once the works were completed, we were able to remortgage to repay Joe the funds he put into the project, realising the higher value because of the work.

This now leaves Joe with an income producing asset and replenished his capital to go onto the next project.
